Ytsara
Drawing on centuries of Asian wisdom, Ytsara (meaning “freedom” in Thai) is an invitation to look at life afresh, from the perspective of Asian beauty secrets. Ytsara was founded in 2001 by two spa industry leaders who spent nearly a decade in both Europe and then in Asia, working in the development and construction of top-end spas as suppliers, trainers and consultants. The driving force of their combined years of experience and research in creating Ytsara is a focus on quality organic ingredients, sourced and based in Thailand.
While designing treatments and spa menus, they discovered that there were very few brands that incorporated a holistic spa approach to health and well-being and that none of the Asian cultural and botanical treasures were being utilized for unique and luxurious spa treatments. Inspired by Thai healing and beauty rituals, the Ytsara organic skin care line & spa programmes was developed in conjunction with a highly experienced Thai Chemist, Cosmetic Formulator and Aromatherapist and through carefully selecting the most potent plants, fruits and herbs.
Ytsara cares about the heritage and the preservation of botanical resources. Plants are either cultivated on their organic farm in Thailand or hand picked in the forest, when resources permit. The Ytsara range integrates the most elegant of Thai/Asian materials with alluring design simplicity and cares for animals by banning all animal testing. Pampering and indulgence are at the core of Ytsara beauty therapies. Their holistic spa programmes celebrate the beauty, spirit and traditions of Asia by integrating specific Thai, Chinese and Indian massage rituals, together with yoga breathing techniques to help maintain purity, to nurture the skin and to rejuvenate the soul.
